As outlined in our Terms of Use agreement, Keynema commits to never accessing, storing, or using your project data.
Complete privacy option: When you use Keynema offline on your computer. Your data stays with you, period. No one see or access your files – you only share your project with the people you choose.
If you want to take advantage of our smart AI tools (for outlists and schedules), we add three strong layers of protection:
- Chunked uploads: Your script is split into tiny “chunks.” No one ever sees the whole document.
- Encrypted transfer: Any data sent for AI is encrypted with Google Firebase’s world-class security.
- Trusted AI partnership: We use Google’s secure infrastructure—the same trusted platform most production companies already rely on for their daily communications—with added legal protections (2023 AI Data Privacy law) that prevent any training, use or storage of your data.
