PRODUCT DELIVERY
The product purchased on our website consists of downloadable software. After payment confirmation, the user will receive a unique link to download the purchased software, which will be available immediately and can be used for an unlimited period. Once the download is completed, no physical delivery of the product will take place. The company is not responsible for any issues arising from lack of internet access or technical problems that are the responsibility of the user.
RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current legislation, the user has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 15 calendar days from the date of software purchase, provided that the product has not been downloaded. Once the download process has begun, the user automatically loses the right of withdrawal, as stipulated in Article 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which governs the sale of digital content. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must contact us through the information provided on the contact page before the software download has taken place.
