Keynema offers two main formats:
- One designed for managing sets and continuity during prep and production.

Keynema is the only app built by and for department heads to support the entire process—from pre-production to shooting and post-production. That’s why it includes many more tools than traditional apps. It also features AI engines that help automate repetitive tasks, letting you focus on the creative decisions that matter.
You can access the help section within the app or contact our support team through the website.
Throughout 2025, we will be working on the version for iPad and tablets. You can subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to be the first to know about the launch.
Keynema is designed to support different stages and areas of audiovisual production. We currently offer two main versions:
- Keynema Production Design, focused on departments related to art, set construction, set decoration, graphics, or landscaping, as well as character-specific props. It also includes weapons and vehicles, visual effects and post-production, location management, and services related to set assembly. It involves specialists and the creation of atmospheric effects that enhance the overall ambiance of a production.
- Keynema Character Creator, aimed at teams working on costume design, makeup, and hair styling.
We’ve also seen professionals from other areas, like directing or sound, find value in the tool. Soon, we’ll launch new continuity-focused versions especially helpful for script supervisors, assistant directors, and editors.
